Having Fun with Adobe Photoshop
We all know for a fact that looking at photographs can
be boring. However, with a photo editing software like Adobe Photoshop,
you will be able to have a lot of fun with your digital photos. In
fact, there are tools in this photo editing software that will even
turn simple photographs in to amazing gifts that everyone will love.
Although Adobe Photoshop can be hard to master especially if you are
not familiar with photo editing software, you will see that in time,
you will be able to become comfortable using it. In the meantime, there
are fun tools in Adobe Photoshop that will be able to help you learn
the basics on how to edit photos.
Here are some of the basic tools that you can use in Photoshop that
will let you have a lot of fun and also help you learn the ropes about
photo editing.
There are warping tools in Adobe Photoshop that will enable you to
manipulate the subject in a particular photo. For example, if you dont
like the way you look in a particular photograph because of the bulging
belly, then you can use the warping tool in order to make yourself look
thinner. In fact, if you master this tool, you can make that particular
photo look as if you go to the gym everyday.
Another tool is the smudge tool. This is another basic photo editing
tool that you will use constantly. If you have a close up picture of
your face or any face, and there are imperfections in the face such as
scars, pimples and wrinkles, you can remove them with the smudge tool.
This will make the subject's face look smoother and also younger.
The lasso tool is another tool that you will find very amusing. What
this tool does is let you select a particular part of the picture and
let you cut it. For example, if you are standing in your bedroom, you
can easily select your whole body in the photograph with the lasso tool
and cut it. Then you can paste the object you cut on another
background, such as behind the Arc de Triumph in France or behind the
famous windmills in Netherlands.
There are also great effects that you can use on your photographs. Just
go to the filter menu and you will find different effects that you can
put in your photograph. For example, if you want your photograph to
look as if it was painted with watercolor, you can easily do so by
selecting the water color effect on the filter menu in the artistic sub
menu.
You can even insert text on your photographs if you want with the text
tool. With this, you can put some captions in your photograph. Also,
there are tools that you can use that will be able to remove the things
that you dont like to be included in your photograph. For example, a
trash can, a stranger posing behind a great group picture of your
family or friends, or you can even erase someone in the group that you
dont like.
These are the great things that you can do with Adobe Photoshop. As you
can see, there are so many things that you will be able to do with this
photo editing software. Once you master the basics, you will be able to
find out a lot more things that you will be able to do with Adobe
Photoshop.
